Tricia is a Tampa-based studio artist who explores the sublime relationship between colorful surfaces and intense emotions through abstract portraiture. With a background in studio art, her work utilizes non-traditional objects, mediums, and techniques to create deep textures and to emphasize the individual intentions specific to each work. Tricia has been a part of a solo show at the University of South Florida and various group exhibitions throughout the United States. She is currently working on a BA at the University of South Florida. After attaining a BA, Tricia will pursue a Master of Arts in Teaching with a specialization in Exceptional Student Education.
